Summary: A mismatched pair wake up in Vegas to find not only that they've married each other but they've won a huge jackpot
I linked my friend on Friday. We were shopping until i said that i wanted to watch Ashton Kutcher's new movie with Cameron Diaz. My friend was like when you want to watch it. In the end we quickly finished shopping and went to Show Case. When we got there we were so crazy coz we didn’t know the name of the movie! We thought we missed the time for all the shows. The guy at the counter was like "What Happened in Vegas" is showing. I go who stars in that. When he said Ashton and Cameron I was like "omg! We nearly left without knowing!"
Anyways, the movie was a laugh. I loved it and recommend it to anyone’s who'll be going to the cinema to watch something. May 24 ~Bishounen Of The Month - May~This month’s Bishi Tamaki Suou (須王 環 Suō Tamaki)?) is a fictional character from the manga/anime series Ouran High School Host Club by Bisco Hatori. Tamaki is the primary male protagonist of the series and president of the host club. I've watched the anime (26 episodes only!) but i've been reading the manga to it which is still on-going (12 volumes so far!)
Tamaki is a half-Japanese, half-French Ouran High School second-year student and the president of the Host Club, the founding of which was his idea. He is sometimes referred to as the "King" of the Host Club and is by far the most popular host, with a 70% request rate. The usual instigator of all of the Host Club's antics, Tamaki is prone to dramatics and often acts without thinking or overreacts to trivial things; the other members of the club, particularly Hikaru and Kaoru, often take amusement at his expense. At the same time, they almost always follow his lead, and staunchly support him when it's needed. He is the heart and soul of the Host Club -- he is the one responsible for its creation and formation, and without him, it would fall apart. He also has an attachment to his teddy bear as shown in the anime.
Despite his foolish and often childish behaviour, Tamaki is kind and generous, and is easily moved by the distress of others, even strangers. Once aware of others peoples' problems, he will do all he can to help them and "ascertain justice". He often makes elaborate plans or "strategies" to help them, and will drag the rest of the Host Club into his altruistic schemes despite their protests or indifference. Despite their different personalities and behaviours, Tamaki and Haruhi pretty much share a distinctly strong, somehow utopistic sense of justice that sets them apart from the others. Tamaki is curious and genuinely smitten by the habits and lifestyles of "commoners", or people not as well-off as he and his classmates at Ouran, and goes about experiencing them with enthusiasm (sometimes for Haruhi's benefit, and sometimes for his own).
His family is involved mostly with the business market, but also handles the school administration. In fact, Tamaki is the son of the superintendent so in effect his family is financially supporting Haruhi as a scholarship student. Tamaki also proves to be a naturally excellent student, routinely placing second in his class (behind Kyoya) without making any particularly great effort towards studying. He can speak French and Japanese with ease, and lists English as one of his favorite subjects at school. He is a talented piano player, and unlike the other members of the Host Club (such as Kyoya and the Hitachiin brothers) there is surprisingly little artifice in his treatment of the club's customers. In his profile at the end of volume 1 of the manga, Hatori notes that despite his apparent glibness with the girls, he genuinely means what he says. He cannot seem to find it in him to be less than gentlemanly toward girls, even deceitful ones like Princess Ayanokoji -- who bullied Haruhi and tried to get her into trouble -- and, in the anime, Éclair Tonnerre -- who essentially blackmailed him into marriage. He will, however, get rough with anyone who shows harmful intent toward any of his friends, though not necessarily toward himself. Haruhi, however, finds his behaviour toward the ladies more troublesome than charming -- much to Tamaki's chagrin, as he has quickly developed a romantic infatuation with her, which leads to a genuinely deeper feeling as the manga goes on. However, Tamaki himself seems completely oblivious to this, confusing it with fatherly feelings -- a fact that the other hosts can't believe. Kaoru, however, theorizes that Tamaki's obsession with family is an act of self-preservation, borne out of an unconscious fear that the substitute family he's created -- the Host Club -- will fall apart should he start thinking of Haruhi as anything but his "daughter".
I usually put up some picutes of the bishi i choose at the bottom but since there is a folder for ouran high school and Tamaki's in it i don't need to bother with it here.
April 11 ~Bishounen Of The Month - April~Stupid, Stupid, Stupid! <------- That's me at the moment. I can't believe I haven't been keeping up with the Bishi of the month. I haven't been watching animes for awhile (only watched the ones that are ongoing and is weekly updated - One Piece, Majin Tantei Nogami Neuro and Naruto. i stopped watching Bleach for a while until they come back from the hallow world)
So this months Bishi is Shi Ryuuki from Saiunkoku Monogatari. (I had trouble deciding choosing between Seiran and Ryuuki but in the end i stuck with Ryuuki because his character appeals more to me than the brother)
Ryuuki is the main romance interest of the protagonist of Saiunkoku Monogatari, Kou Shuurei. He is the king of the country, and initially Shuurei met him because he was being a spoilt, useless figurehead in need of Shuurei’s teaching.
With each episode, though, we soon realize that he is not as foolish or careless as he appears to be; nor is he quite as simple. We realize that he has his own reason for playing a fool. And eventually, we realize that he is in fact a good emperor. Shuurei and Ryuuki’s relationship is an ongoing plot thread, and one that I look forward to every week. It is, in fact, the main attraction of SaiMono for me, rather than the intricate plot or the abundance of bishies. But his main attraction to me is his kingliness. To be honest, previous story arcs have pretty much established Shuurei’s strength of character… at the cost of Ryuuki’s. The most recent arcs, though, not only have Ryuuki showing some of his kingly duties and leadership qualities, but also have him making a tough decision, one that could cause a rift between him and Shuurei. But in the end, he did it anyway, because he is the emperor, and he has to be strong. Strength, in my opinion, is not exhibited by how powerful one’s sword stroke is; it is exhibited when one knows one’s duty and perform it to the fullest… even at the cost of one’s happiness. Not to mention the fact that Ryuuki is a great swordsman, an intelligent man, and is capable of single-minded devotion. The man is a keeper, Shuurei. Stop dithering and accept him already!
January 17 ~Bishounen Of The Month - January~Hey,
I haven't been posting lately (maybe because I’m too lazy
Bishōnen (美少年 also transliterated bishounen) is a Japanese term literally meaning "beautiful boy, or beautiful youth." Now that we got the meaning out the way, I'll start with who is January 2008 Bishounen.
Haji
Haji from Blood Plus (or Blood+) caught my eye when I began watching that anime. There were a lot of recommendation to the anime but I never got around to watching it thinking it was just some crap I wouldn’t like watching. Anyway, after a while I got fed up and started watching it. Once I did I wished I watched it way back when I first heard of it. Blood Plus is now one of my favourite animes.
Although there isn’t much to his biography as the character I’ve just inserted from Wikipedia his role in Blood Plus… “Haji is Saya's first, and only living, chevalier. They first met when he was bought by Joel to be her companion, with hopes that they might mate and create more specimens for future experimentation. Haji lived with her in Joel's mansion for many years, growing up while she never aged. One day he slipped and fell from a cliff attempting to pick a flower that Saya wanted as a present for Joel's birthday. Misunderstanding an earlier conversation between Haji and Joel about why Saya lives on blood and wanting to save him, Saya feeds him some of her blood, unwittingly turning him into a "chevalier." Saya has felt some guilt over this through the years, but when she apologized, Haji assured her that he had no regrets as it allows him to always be at her side while she lives her dream of traveling the world with her sword. As with most chevaliers, Haji doesn't need to eat nor sleep, and he stays awake while Saya eats, sleeps, nor goes into long periods of hibernation. Haji plays the cello, a skill he learned from Saya,. He usually carries his cello in a large black case, which also is used to carry Saya's sword. Haji also uses the case as a blunt weapon and a shield. Haji also fights with a handful of silver daggers that he keeps on hand. After Diva's death, Haji convinces Saya to live, which spurs the realization of their feelings and, as a result, they kiss before Amshel arrives. However, he survives the collapse, even though it isn't immediately revealed on-screen. The other characters assume that he has died, but they are proven wrong when Kai, with Diva's children, goes to the Miyagusuku grave, where Saya is currently sleeping, and finds a fresh pink rose with Haji's blue hair ribbon tied to it” The 5 main things I liked about Haji:-
Haha, not the best explaination to why I like him but I'm sure you'd understand if you go on your merry way and watch it (this may not include the guys or maybe it would...
